Join Mediation Pan African for a live, practical Quantum Mediation role play session where you’ll observe a full mediation process from start to finish.
This role play is structured around a court-annexed mediation involving the quatum of a medical claim. It’s designed to give attendees insight into how quantum medical disputes are managed in a mediation setting, including the flow of the process, mediator interventions, and the practical realities that arise in these matters.
