Mediation Pan African Event Ticket Returns & Refund Policy
1. Payment Clearance
All ticket purchases made via card payments must be fully cleared and reflected in our bank account before any refund or credit can be processed.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at least 5 days before the scheduled event date.
- No refunds will be issued for requests received after this period or for non-attendance.
3. Credit Note Option
- As an alternative to a refund, participants may request that the full value of their ticket be credited to their account for use towards a future Mediation Pan African event.
- When this option is selected, a credit note for the full ticket amount will be issued. No transcript or administration fees will be deducted from credit notes.
- Credit notes are non-transferable and may only be used by the original ticket holder.
4. Deductions from Refunds
- Transcript Fee: The non-refundable transaction and transcript fee charged by Paystack will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Administration Fee: An administration fee of R300 will be deducted from each refund.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
- If a card payment was made, the refund will be processed back to the same card.
- If payment was made via Direct Transfer and not through our payment gateway, banking details will need to be provided for the refund.
- Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
6. Event Cancellations
- In the unlikely event Mediation Pan African cancels an event, a full refund will be provided to all ticket holders, minus only the Paystack transcript fee if applicable.
