What to expect:
The Medical Mediation Role Play (On-Demand) Module is a practical, competency-based module for already-certified mediators. Participants will observe a recorded medical mediation role play and, from the mediator’s perspective, complete two required documents using the prescribed templates: a Mediator’s Report and a Joint Minute.
Participants are expected to assume Dr Edeling’s role as mediator and complete both documents from their own lens as the mediator, recording only what is observable and/or explicitly stated during the session. Assumptions, speculation, and the introduction of information not on the record should be avoided.
This module is pass/fail. Submission of both completed documents is required to meet the module requirements and to qualify for the applicable certificate.
