Not Just a Role-Play. A Realistic Mediation Experience.
What makes this mediation role-play different?
It is designed to take participants beyond a conventional, fictional mediation exercise and into the complexity and realism of an actual high-stakes dispute.
- A medical negligence: cerebral palsy matter
Participants engage with the difficult legal, medical, emotional and financial dimensions of a profoundly serious dispute. - Dealing with a real court case
Participants will be presented with anonymised versions of the actual documents in a court case. This is not simply a fictional scenario created for training purposes. - Court documents to analyse
Participants will be required to peruse the expert joint minutes, pleadings, and heads of argument on the actual court case, providing a realistic example of preparation required in real-world professional practice.
