Join Mediation Pan African for a live, practical medical mediation role play session where you’ll observe a Medical Merits mediation process from start to finish. This role play is structured around a court-annexed mediation involving a claim against the Department of Health. It’s designed to give attendees insight into how medical disputes are managed in a mediation setting, including the flow of the process, mediator interventions, and the practical realities that arise in these matters.
