If you’re qualified but not consistently getting enquiries, visibility is the missing link. This session focuses on practical, ethical ways to be seen by the right referrers and clients—without feeling “salesy.”
What you’ll work on
- Clarifying your message: what you do, who you help, and why you
- Building credibility with referrers (attorneys, insurers, healthcare, corporates)
- Simple visibility systems you can maintain (profiles, content, networking)
- Interactive exercises and structured peer review
CPD & certificate
- 2 mediation CPD points
- 120-minute practical session
- Attendance for the full two hours is required to earn CPD points
- CPD points are awarded upon timely submission and successful assessment (where applicable)
- This event may include a task that must be completed to earn a certificate
Ticket pricing (per session)
- R200 — MPA panel members and mediators who completed the 40-hour DiSAC training with MPA
- R400 — Non-panel mediators
