Build a mediation practice that’s credible, compliant, and commercially viable. This practical session helps you move from “qualified mediator” to “booked mediator” with a clear setup plan, positioning, and systems you can implement immediately.

What you’ll work on

• Setting up your practice structure, policies, and admin essentials
• Defining your niche and service offering (commercial, medical claims, RAF)
• Visibility basics: profiles, referrals, and professional credibility
• Interactive exercises and structured peer review

CPD & certificate

• 2 mediation CPD points
• 120-minute practical session
• Attendance for the full two hours is required to earn CPD points
• CPD points are awarded upon timely submission and successful assessment (where applicable)

Ticket pricing (per session)

• R200 — MPA panel members and mediators who completed the 40-hour DiSAC training with MPA
• R400 — Non-panel mediators
