About Tanya Steynfaardt
Family Law Mediator | Legal Specialist
Tanya Steynfaardt is an experienced Family Law Mediator and legal specialist with over 20 years of exposure to litigation, debt recovery and structured dispute resolution.
Since 2005, she has developed extensive expertise in court procedures, judgments, Emoluments Attachment Orders and immovable attachment orders, giving her a strong strategic understanding of enforcement processes and legal consequences.
She holds a qualification in Secretarial Administration from Rustenburg College and has been practising mediation since 2019. Tanya holds international accreditation through ADR International.
She facilitates divorce settlements, parenting plan mediation, maintenance disputes and post-divorce co-parenting matters. Her approach is calm, structured and centred around dignity, fairness and the best interests of the child.
