Dr Marli Jooste holds a PhD in Psychology and is an accredited Commercial and Workplace Mediator through Conflict Dynamics. With more than 15 years' experience in private practice and an extensive background in corporate human capital, leadership development, behavioural assessment, and organisational consulting, she brings a unique combination of psychological insight and commercial acumen to dispute resolution.

Her mediation approach is informed by transformative mediation principles and behavioural science, enabling parties to move beyond positions and assumptions towards deeper understanding, sustainable solutions, and strengthened professional relationships. She is particularly passionate about facilitating complex workplace conversations, leadership disputes, team conflict, organisational change, and relationship breakdowns where trust, communication, and human behaviour play a central role.

Dr Jooste regularly advises organisations on talent selection, leadership development, succession planning, restructuring, employee wellbeing, and behavioural risk. Through her work in psychometric assessment, coaching, and consulting, she has supported leaders and teams across a broad range of industries both nationally and internationally.

As co-owner of PhysEQFiT Wellness and PhysEQFiT Guesthouse, she also understands first-hand the realities and pressures faced by business owners, professionals, and leaders.
