Lesego Tau

 

Lesego Tau is an Occupational Therapy graduate from The University of Pretoria (2009). She further has obtained certification in Practical Labour Law, from The University of South Africa, as well as in Occupational Health and Safety from The University of Cape Town. She is the Director of Lesego Mashishi Occupational Therapists Inc and a mediator.

Lesego Tau successfully completed the 40-hour commercial mediator skills training course and has been accredited as a Conflict Dynamics Mediator in the year 2020. She also achieved Mediator Accreditation from the London based Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.  

Following which, in the year 2020, Lesego Tau became a South African Medico-legal Association accredited Medical Mediator and participated in the SAMLA/RAF Mediation Pilot. In the year 2025 she completed training in Medical Malpractice Mediation through Mediation Pan African. 

With thirteen years in the medico-legal field, Lesego Tau has a passion for Road Accident Fund and Medical Malpractice mediations.

Mrs. Lesego Tau has a passion for empowerment of the youth and women, as well as persons with disabilities. Opportunities centered around inclusion and transformation are areas in which she flourishes. She has a core interest in developing strong productive work forces and advocating for
occupational justice.
